Heroes (A Father's Day Tribute)

This is not a post about the TV show on NBC. Tomorrow is Father's Day and I wanted to give tribute to several people who have inspired me throughout my life.
The first, is one of my biggest heroes who has helped me through everything. My dad has always been there for me and has driven me to become what I am. One of the greatest things that he instilled in me is a work ethic that is second to none. He also has shown me how to have a balance between things of the world, those of a spiritual nature and of a familial nature as well. I owe a lot to my father. He is an amazing man who also taught me how to treat my wife and children by the tender way that he loved my mom and us kids.
The next tribute goes to the man who taught my father. My grandpa is one of the sweetest and most accepting men on earth. He is incredibly compassionate and has such a desire to help people that he has never met. I have been greatly inspired by both he and my grandmother.
The last I only recently came to know in the past 4 years. He is my father-in-law and is an impressive man. He is a very interested person. No, that is not a typo. This is one of the qualities that most in the world are lacking. He is truly interested in what his kids are doing and never allows himself to become too complacent with the world that surrounds him. He and his wife are always trying to get ahead...with the difference that they almost always succeed.
I hope that everyone has had a father figure in their life that they could look to for inspiration. There is a reason why we are surrounded by so many amazing people. Those around us can lift us to greater heights which in turn lifts those we come in contact with. Always be on the lookout for people who can offer you something good that can make you a better person.
A final tribute to one who can never fail us. We all have a Heavenly Father who has unbounded love for us. He is the one who has put the inspiring people around us. He wants us to become all that we can. God is awesome and truly loves each one of us as his children.
Happy Father's Day to all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
